We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should be 100% satisfied with their purchase. So, if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, just go through our easy return process

30 Day Return Policy



For the first 30 days after your purchase, you may return merchandise for a refund or a replacement, provided that the procedures and requirements referred to in our return policy and Instructions below are followed. Claims for missing items, incorrect items or items damaged in transit must be received within three business days of receipt of merchandise.

If a product is received defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will do whatever possible to resolve the issue. We will only cover return shipping if we are notified prior to return.

All product returns require a return authorization number (RMA). it will be valid for 14 calendar days after it is issued. The RMA# should be clearly visible on the shipping label / outer box.

Conditions


Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, original condition, and have all original undamaged manufacturer's packaging (UPC code being intact), materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.

Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. 

Returns should be double boxed, to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product / - / The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.

PortableGuy is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise

Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable.

If an item is refused, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund.



Exchanges, Refunds & Credits


A processing fee of 10% will apply to the value of all merchandise returned for a refund.

If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days upon receipt for the replacement to be processed.

Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase, Please allow 5-10 business days after receipt of the returned merchandise for a credit to appear on your account.



Defective Items:
An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced with no processing fee. You may also return a defective item for a refund.
- Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model

Damaged Items:
All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 3 calendar days after the date of receipt. A damage claim will be filed on your behalf and we will replace the item immediately once the claim is approved



Return Exception:
Although we have a very flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions. There are product categories which are not returnable, due to hygienic, sanitary, or other reasons, as required by the respective Manufacturers. Please review the categories below to make sure that your purchase qualifies to be returned.

Non-Returnable Categories:
If opened the following categories are non-returnable.
Consumable Perishable and/or Sensitized items, such as: Personal Care, Film, Paper, Ink, DVDs, Lamps, Bulbs, flash tubes, Batteries, Software, Video Games, Notebooks, Netbooks, Tablets, iPads and Computers, Memory cards, any item which has been removed from its "blister-pack".
Printers are not returnable once the toner is installed.
LCD, LED and Plasma TVs as well as Monitors from 20" and above can not be returned unless damaged in transit.
If any item's seal on package is broken, as per the manufacturers contracts, all service to be done through them directly.
Purchases from these categories are final. In case any of these items is defective, Customer must return them to the respective authorized service centers, for repair or replacement at the option of the Manufacturer. These items cannot be returned to us.
Electronic Software Downloads are not returnable or refundable
